A new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Cashier to join a well-respected private client firm based in Bogor Regis.
The firm has an excellent reputation and is recruiting due to their success.
**Previous legal cashier experience is essential**
Duties include -
- Posting receipts and cheques
- Checking completion packs produced by fee earners.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and making payments via BACS, CHAPS and Cheques
- Administration of client banking and Client Account
- Dealing with petty cash
- Management of referral fees and supplier invoices
- Bank reconciliations and production of weekly reports.
Experience -
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar position, have high attention to detail and up to date knowledge of CLC/SRA accounts rules.
Experience of working with a legal case management system, such as LEAP, Proclaim etc is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Legal Cashier
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage busy completion days.
The client Is able to offer flexibility with working hours or days this can be 4- 5 days a week and can look at offering hours to suit for the right person.
