Our client based in Bolton is looking for a bookkeeper with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working within an accountancy practice. Your duties as a bookkeeper will include;

Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing and processing invoices and payments
Reconciling bank statements
Preparing and filing VAT returns
Maintaining financial records, including ledgers and journals on Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
Maintain strong relationships with clients

The ideal candidate:

Minimum of 4 years experience in a bookkeeping role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UK accounting regulations and legislation
Experience using Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
