What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting with daily kitchen operations
- Leading and mentoring other team members
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
What Were Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a busy kitchen
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
- Passion for good food and customer service
