Machine Operative

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for skilled operatives to join our client in Bolton who develop, manufacture & and sell services of automotive components.

£27,945 rising to £29,063 after completion of probation period.

Come become a part of the team and join their organisation in Horwich, Bolton as a Production Team Member.In this role you will be responsible for manufacturing and testing parts or products using manual and automated equipment, to perform other processes as required, Quality checks / Machine checks and record results, carry out repairs/adjustments as required.You are mainly responsible for:

• To prepare jigs, tools and measuring equipment, and set up equipment within your process
• To assemble within specification and in line with Standard Operating Procedures
• Adjust and check products in-process throughout operation
• To adjust equipment and inspect it to ensure running correctly, performing repair if necessary
• To assist correct and repair any defect, and generally maintain machine to required standard
