Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Centre Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Qualification: You will be responsible for qualifying customers for secured loan products. This involves engaging in conversations with customers and using relationship-building skills to understand their needs and financial situation.

Initial Fact-Finding: You will be the first point of contact for customers, conducting an initial fact-finding process to gather essential information. This information will be used to assess the customer's eligibility and requirements.

Lead Handover: After the initial fact-finding, you will pass the gathered details over to a qualified advisor who will further assist the customer in choosing the best equity release product.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Some prior experience in a similar environment or outbound calling is highly desirable.
- You should be hardworking and capable of managing high volumes of work efficiently within a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential.
- Flexibility: You will work 40 hours per week on a flexible shift basis to accommodate customer needs.
