We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Advisor from a financial services background to ensure all our client and customer relationship are strong and all contact meets with not only the highest standards of customer service but also FCA regulations.
This is a chance to really make a role your own and have a voice within an innovative new business that has big growth plans. You will play a huge role in building the customer service function leading to progression and development as the company department grows.
If you have strong a Customer service experience from a financial background, ideally lending but other financial services customer services backgrounds will be considered and you live in Bolton or close to Bolton then pleaseapply!
