What you will be doing as a Helpdesk Manager:
Working from their offices on the outskirts of Bolton, you will be managing the support team, dealing with a range of companies across the UK. Duties will include:
Leading the support team
Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are achieved
Reviewing and developing the performance of the support team
Helping customers wherever possible
Managing existing customer accounts

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a managerial role
Able to use Windows 10 and above, Mail Server and Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of networks and their components
Knowledge of antivirus, firewalls and access controls
Previous experience installing and configuring Windows Server 12 and above
Able to work well under pressure
