Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury claims during pre-litigation.
- Investigate and gather evidence to support claims.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and third parties.
- Prepare case files and keep documentation up-to-date.
- Assist solicitors with research and case prep.
- Provide clients with updates and legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
- Knowledge of pre-litigation and personal injury claims.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in legal case management and Microsoft Office.
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education is a plus.
