Role Profile

Our client is a proud family-owned business enjoying an exciting period of growth. We are supporting their recruitment of a Warehouse Manager to oversee day to day operations and ensuring a seamless, quality service to customers. As Warehouse Manager you'll take charge of the entire Warehouse function, driving a safety-first and high-performance operation. You will work Monday to Friday, typical office hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day leadership of Warehouse function. Ensure efficient inbound and dispatch functions, delivering KPI's are achieved
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure correct & accurate storage of materials
  • Drive continuous improvement - you'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, and implement efficient processes to streamline operations
  • Create high-performing team, including identifying training & skills gaps
  • Drive safety-first culture, ensuring correct procedures are strictly adhered to

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in Warehouse Management and leading a team of Warehouse staff
  • Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail
  • System-savvy, ideally experience using various WMS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong stock management skills, with proven record of improving inventory performance
  • Background in pick pack or kitting operations would be highly desirable
