- Development and execution of effective resourcing strategies, to attract and retain qualified candidates for specialized positions
- Identifying and evaluating potential candidates
- Guiding and mentoring a compact team of recruiters, ensuring delivery of high-quality service and results to hiring managers and candidates
- Managing the resourcing budget and providing reports on crucial metrics and outcomes
- Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, agencies, universities, and professional bodies
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in the realm of recruitment and employment
- A minimum of two years’ experience in internal recruitment ideally will experience of sourcing niche roles
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire others and foster a culture of personal excellence
- Superb interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- A steadfast customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
