Deputy Manager - Semi independent home - Up to 35,000
NonStop Care is working with a Semi Independent EBD home based in the Bolton area, they are looking for a Deputy manager to join the team on a permanent basis
As an Deputy Manager you will be working closely with the Registered Manager and Service manager to assist the development and growth of the service, allowing you to have greater job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
You will work with disadvantaged young people 16+ years, many of whom have a history of trauma, neglect or abuse, supporting them with all aspects of their growth, development and enjoyment of life. You will help to provide a safe, nurturing, caring and therapeutic home environment that supports all their needs, and enables them to thrive and flourish.
