MFL teacher

Fully qualified MFL teacher with QTS (qualified teacher status) required to teach French & Spanish to key stage 3 & 4 classes. The role will start in September and will continue until July 2025. The role is open to an ECT and fully qualified teachers. Prospero teaching are seeking a passionate and innovative MFL teacher for a popular Secondary school in Bolton. You will be required to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons of French and Spanish to key stage 3 & 4 classes of varying academic abilities. The school have requested someone who has recent experience teaching MFL in a UK school and who can manage behaviour effectively. It is essential that you have a valid and recognised teaching qualification and have experience teaching French and/or Spanish in a UK secondary school. CONTRACT DETAILS * BoltonSecondary school * MFL Teacher KS3/KS4 Classes * French and Spanish * September start * Full time * Minimum rate GBP153 per day * 8:15am 4pm Monday to Friday EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Fully qualified teacher with QTS Language specialist capable of teaching French and Spanish KS3 and KS4 Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: * Hold Right to Work in the UK * Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application * Provide two professional references * Qualifications (QTS) * Up to date safeguarding training (essential, however, training can be provided) * Up to date prevent awareness & FGM training (essential, however, training can be provided) If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
