Job Title: Leaving Care Support Worker
Location: Greater Manchester, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, and Warrington.
Job Type: Temporary, Part- and Full-time roles available.
MUST: Have access to your own vehicle and a driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to young people aged 16-25.
- Assist with accessing accommodation and building life skills.
- Support rehabilitation with families.
- Help young people become employed, pursue education, or engage in training.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience working with young people.
- Essential car user post (full current driving license and access to transport).
- DBS on the update service.
- Experience with Care Leavers and young people in care.

Although the role is hybrid there is an expectation candidates will be based in the office at least 3 days per week dependant on service needs. Also, candidates will have to be able to visit clients in Bolton area.
