Position Details:
Role: Neighbourhood Care Operative
Location: Bolton
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Driving Required: Yes
What You'll Do:
As a Neighbourhood Care Operative, you'll be the friendly face in our local community, providing essential support and care to residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with gardening and maintaining green spaces
- Supporting residents with daily activities and needs
- Driving to various locations to deliver services and support
- Engaging with the community to build positive relationships
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A valid driving licence (essential)
- Proven gardening experience
- A compassionate and caring attitude
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
