Salary: 110.00 - 115.00 Per day

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN & PMLD Support Worker to join our team in Bolton. This is a full-time, immediate start role for someone who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to children with SEN & PMLD.

  • Assist with personal care, daily routines, and educational activities.

  • Support emotional, social, and behavioural development.

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individual plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of care, progress, and interventions.

  • Be a positive, patient, and empathetic role model for the children you support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN & PMLD.

  • Full Adult and Child DBS (essential).

  • Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to the individual needs of children.

  • Compassion, empathy, and dedication to supporting young people.
