Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a creative approach to menu development, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our clients esteemed restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu planning and specials
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully
Maintain a clean and kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Stay updated on industry trends and bring new ideas to the kitchen
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef
Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
Strong attention to detail and creativity in dish presentation
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods
Good communication and leadership skills
Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
