Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join a growing team on a Full-time permanent basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday and fully office based supporting the account's function and wider team.

This role will suit an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and team working skills looking to join a well-established and lively team.

Main Duties Include:

• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Daily Cash Banking
• Sales Ledger duties - Credit Control
• PDQ Refunds
• Experience of Month End Prep for Month End Close i.e. DOC reconciliation.
• Monthly off site Stock checks and reconciliations
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Providing daily assistance to Accountant
• Any ad hoc duties required by the Accountant

Requirements:

• Proficient using Microsoft Excel
• Minimum one year experience
• Recently graduated or currently studying AAT
• Collaborative and also able to work with minimum supervision
• Possesses a strong attention to detail
