We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Principal to fulfil a permanent, full time position from September 2024.

The school is a large Secondary Academy based within the outskirts of Central Southampton, and is part of a large Multi-Academy Trust; the second largest in England. They are an energetic and inspiring Academy, supported by a team of passionate, dedicated, and high-achieving professionals. The salary for this role is currently set at L18 – L24 (£71,729 to £83,081 approximately), plus Teacher Pension Scheme.
