An established and growing Property company are seeking a Part Time Administrator to join their team based in Borehamwood. This role will be working alongside the renewals department and will suit someone with strong administration and organisational skills.

This a part time role based in the office. This position will be working 4 days a week, 9am-3pm, working 24 hours a week.

Key Duties:

  • Contacting Tenants and Landlords prior to a tenancy expiring to see if each party wants to renew or if the tenants are planning to vacate.
  • Creating new tenancy documentation upon renewal.
  • Liaising with the move out team if the tenancy isn’t renewed so they can process the move out accordingly.
  • Negotiating renewal tenancies where the Tenants and Landlords do want to renew.
  • Making sure prescribed information and other documents are served in a timely manner.
  • Making sure the relevant safety certificates are kept up to date and organising any that have expired.
  • Creating and issuing an invoice for renewed tenancies.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years+ administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT knowledge including Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and ability to work against tight deadlines
