As part of our expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound calls to dealerships across the UK.
- Promote our Financial service of bespoke Car Finance.
- Identify potential clients and assess their financing needs.
- Present our solutions persuasively, emphasizing the benefits.
- Handle objections and address inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the payout team to achieve targets.
- Strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Outbound sales or cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and financing processes is a plus.
