Travel Sales and Customer Services Consultant

Our client is a well-established travel company who specialise in Adventure and Activity based holidays within the UK and abroad.
They are now seeking to recruit customer service focused travel reservations consultants to meet the high demand of new enquiries for their products.
Candidates will ideally have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
Our client will also consider candidates who are recent graduates with customer service skills who are seeking the opportunity to develop a career within the travel industry.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, part office and home based.
Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultant
Duties and Responsibilities
Booking all aspects of the client's holidays as well as making amending to existing reservations
Providing a consultative approach to clients' needs
Building long term relationships with clients
Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultant Experience Required:
Previous travel industry experience is an advantage but not essential
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Good Customer Services skills
Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultants Remuneration Package:
Base Salary to £24,000 + Bonus
