THE COMPANY

Leaders in their field this forward thinking creative production agency work across B2B and B2C markets creating and delivering integrated brand experiences that engage audiences through both live and digital.

With creativity at the heart of each project, it comes as no surprise they have an established base of blue chip brands across sectors including FMCG, alcohol and lifestyle with a truly global reach. Offering in-house services including logistics, production and design, their work is highly diverse and includes pop-up events, installations, experiential marketing, roadshows, international incentives, product and press launches, festivals, conferences, seminars and awards ceremonies.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and a busy calendar of events they are now seeking a Project Manager to work across one of their most established clients (amongst others) work across a range of events. A broad role responsibilities include:

•          Project managing events from start to finish

•          Taking client briefs

•          Putting together client proposals

•          Managing budgets

•          Producing timelines and schedules

•          Building client relationships to help grow accounts

•          Liaising with suppliers

•          Overseeing build and derig on site        

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how an event is delivered from start to finish, preferably from within an agency environment. An understanding of production / build would be highly advantageous as would experience of working within the experiential sector on brand activations (within a festival setting). Strong client management skills are key, as is the ability to manage multiple suppliers. Candidates must be willing to travel onsite to manage events.
