What is the Role?

This is a great opportunity to grow your sales knowledge. As the Telesales/Business Development Executive you will be a key resource within our sales process, making outbound calls to potential B2B customers to generate appointments and garner interest in their products and services.

Working with various data sources for leads, you will be required to fact find and uncover customer needs, providing the sales team with quality information leading to successful outcomes by utilising our CRM system.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be set specific targets and KPIs to establish a sustainable pipeline of quality appointments.

To be successful in this role you must be a persuasive communicator with the tenacity to handle cold calling knockbacks.

  • Responsibilities
  • direct calls to prospective businesses and generating quality appointments for sales colleagues, by research and specific questioning
  • the CRM Hubspot to record, monitor and report on leads
  • with sales and marketing teams to establish continued quality of leads and appointments
  • up to date on the company portfolio to ensure confidence in products and services when dealing with gatekeepers
  • weekly team meetings to understand current targets and focus areas

Experience:

  • of 1 years’ experience in telesales or service environment
  • proficient user of MS Office particularly in Excel.
  • results in working on multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • of working to and exceeding targets would be advantageous.
