A successful business based in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their head office.
This role would suit someone who is looking for their first office based role / or someone who has some existing office experience.
You will be the company’s first point of contact - so it’s crucial that you have superb communication skills and enjoy speaking to people.
The role will involve:
- Answering calls
- Taking messages
- Dealing with all company post
- Arranging parcels to be sent and collected
- Supporting other departments with administration
- Filing documents
- Sending out company emails
- Any other admin for the Directors.
