Our client is a mutli-branch agency seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager.

You will be required to deal with the day-to-day management of their allocated properties within the residential lettings portfolio, including a wide range of properties from studio apartments to period family homes. The requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to a successful conclusion. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times

Due to the fast based nature of this Property Manager role at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position is required.

Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
  • Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Approving and processing invoices
  • Manage relationships with Contractors
  • Working closely with the lettings teams to ensure the smooth running of tenancies
  • Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
  • Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
  • Negotiating deposit returns

Essential Criteria for a Property Manager

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A passion for customer service.
  • IT literate and strong MS Office skills and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and support others while also being self-motivated and able to work alone Discretion and confidentiality
  • Well presented, smart business attire
  • Drives

Hours

Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm
