Maintenance Engineer
Monday -Thursday Rotation (Mon – Thurs, 6am – 6pm and then Mon – Thurs, 6pm – 6am)

I am working for one of the UK’s largest producers of recycled polymer, creating innovative solutions to tackle the challenges of plastics management for a cleaner, greener future.
We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Engineer to join our busy Engineering Team.
You must be time-served, preferably from a Manufacturing background, with a National Vocational Qualification in Engineering or equivalent City & Guilds.
Duties will include:-
- Carrying out planned maintenance activities
- Inspections, repairs and routine maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fault finding
- Installation of equipment and machinery across various departments
- Working closely with the Manufacturing teams to ensure all machines are running to their full potential
- Ensure housekeeping is carried out to standards set by 5S
- Carry out effective shift changeover communication routines
- Timely and effective reporting of required information
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of fault finding and diagnostic skills, be able to proactively respond to ever changing production demands and have the ability to engage and express ideas with other team members.
