Work Activities:

  • Working collaboratively with Commercial, Technical, Production and QC Teams on a day to day basis.
  • Communication of customer requirements across all levels of SHP. Mango and any other agreed products.
  • Constantly assessing and ensuring that all product is packed according to customer specification.
  • Supporting the Planning and Product Manager to better understand the customer requirements and deliver on SHP strategy
  • High awareness and occasional fruit intake assessment
  • Sampling of product to customer.
  • Work closely with Technical/Commercial to ensure correct specification of stock is allocated to the customer.
  • Assisting the flow of material within the business from intake, through the stock system, to the end product.
  • To allocate the required amount of material to the ripening team.
  • Creating consignments and entering invoices into Rubicon.
  • Providing cover for the weekend commercial rota (WFH).
  • Providing cover for the PPM

  • Communication: Utilising properly, as appropriate, all forms of communication and understanding the need for record keeping.
  • Computer /Software:  To be computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook and Rubicon.
  • Organisational Skills: The post holder must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills & show attention to detail always.
