Site Manager

Start Date: 23/06/2025

Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background on hospital projects, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.


Requirements:

? SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
? Previous experience working for a main contractor
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.
