The Compliance Coordinator will be supporting site projects, working with surveyors and engineers to ensure that consumables are booked to support projects at the relevant phases.

Duties include;

  • Ensure all project administration has been completed and is evident in the project pack.
  • Ensure all Project administration is stored securely, and all documentation can be accessed with ease for audit purposes.
  • Ensure Installation engineers have full sight of any specific site documentations, and they have the correct jobs dispatched.
  • Oversee the project plan from inception to completion for all Fire and Security works.
  • Liaise with customers to advise of project alterations or adjustments.
  • Schedule and coordinate your installation team working with any preapproved subcontractors.
  • Work on the project schedule software to ensure the relevant installation engineers are allocated to the correct projects, with relevant job numbers.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for the Installation supervisor.
  • Ensure any travel and / or accommodation for your engineering team is booked for the project requirements.

Candidates must have intermediate IT skills, have strong attention to detail enjoy managing data for multiple projects. Previous experience in a compliance role would be helpful but not essential. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are organised and methodical while working under pressure.

Owner/driver essential for the role due to semi-rural location.
