Uk wide consultancy with a progressive approach has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team. If you like to work with a great deal of autonomy and can manage your own time and learn from your experiences to plan ahead, then this could be the company for you. You will get regular feedback from managers, discussing your workload, keeping up to date with your project tasks and supporting you in developing new ideas and more efficient ways of working.



The Job
You will working on behalf of an NHS Estate department as a senior Projects Manager to support the existing team in property and estates. Working 5 days in a hospital in Lincolnshire, the projects are part of the maintenance framework and will include ward refurbishments, external works, fire and water compliance etc.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts and have NHS experience. You will be experienced in managing and delivering multi-faceted small works and have good knowledge of statutory compliance legislation. You will also have a track record of budgetary management of projects. You can have experience from Client Side, Consultancy or contractor.

You will have an appropriate construction, engineering or property qualification and ideally hold a professional membership. NHS experience is preferable. It is essential that you have a strong track record of running maintenance projects and small works.
