Milk Education is recruiting for a Cover Supervisor for a Secondary School in Boston to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible! You will be allowed to gain classroom experience without being a qualified teacher, in a school that offers a welcoming and supportive teaching and learning environment.

Cover Supervisor Role & Responsibilities:
? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
? Support non-contact time for teachers
? Overseeing classroom and behaviour management
Cover Supervisor Non-negotiables:
? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
? Must have a passion for education
? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
? Hard-working and reliable
Applicants must hold a full UK driving license
