The Role:

  • Are you a qualified Teacher looking for more flexibility?

  • Are you experienced teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2?
  • Do you want to work to suit you based in Bourne and the surrounding areas?

I am recruiting qualified teachers to provide supply cover to a selection of schools in Bourne. You will be providing planned cover such as PPA time and ECT release time with the opportunity to increase your hours by covering short notice absences if you would like to.

This position is ideal for anyone with EYFS, KS1 or KS2 teaching experience and QTS as we can offer anything from 1 to 5 days per week! Some assignments could lead to Permanent roles if that is what you prefer once you find your right fit!

As the ideal Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Have experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in a Primary school
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have either UK or UK ENIC recognised Teaching Qualifications plus UK experience
  • Demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies and knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
  • Collaborate with school staff to uphold educational standards and values.
