Mortgage Servicing Manager

We are proud to be working with a lender based on the South Coast of the UK who specialise in Bridging Finance loans. Due to continued success and growth, the business is looking to appoint a Servicing Manager to join the team of 25. You will be working from their beautiful office based in Bournemouth.

We are looking for someone who has come from a similar property finance lender, bank, building society or a legal organisation and has an understanding of property finance.

The ideal candidate will be confident on the telephone and will have a great eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with post completion queries
  • Expience within an Underwriting based background
  • Experience handling challenging conversations with borrowers regarding debt recovery
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk and how to mitigate
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good administration and time-management skills
  • Previous bridging preferred but not necessary
