We are looking for compassionate and reliable home care workers to join our team in Bournemouth. You will provide person-centred support to older people or people with disabilities, helping them with personal care, medication, meal preparation, shopping, domestic support and more. You will also help them access community services and engage in social activities.
You don't need any previous experience as we will provide you with full training and shadow shifts. You just need a positive attitude, a driving licence and your own vehicle.
We offer flexible hours and contracted hours, with a competitive salary of £11.50/hour.
We payTRAVEL TIME AND A FUEL ALLOWANCE.
You will also get a pension scheme, a Blue Light card and a free DBS check.
You must be able to work every other weekend.
