Partner Account Manager
Locations: Bournemouth
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday - Full time
We are looking for a results-oriented professional to drive business growth by leveraging key channel partners to identify and develop new opportunities. The successful candidate will take ownership of these opportunities within their assigned seat count limit, focusing on high-value end customers.
You will manage engagement with approximately 20-40 key channel partners (including potential strategic partners), handling a pipeline of (Apply online only) opportunities per quarter at various stages. This role includes responsibility for opportunity management within defined seat count limits per country. You'll work closely with both standard and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, supported by senior colleagues and your manager.
A key aspect of the role involves actively utilising the WSA (Workplace Solutions Agreement) to support both new customer acquisition and the growth of existing business.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Partner Account Manager:
- Conduct market research and utilise WSA with support from senior colleagues.
- Independently drive key initiatives to grow market share and revenue
- Profile major accounts to uncover deeper opportunities
- Build and maintain stronger relationships with senior stakeholders in channel accounts.
- Act as a main point of contact for partner engagement
- Define and execute and business plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, senior leadership, and marketing to support growth initiatives.
- Promote value-added solutions to maximise revenue from existing base.
- Ensure offers are customer-focussed, competitive and delivered on time.
- Identify and address partner performance gaps and opportunities. Forecast accurately on a weekly basis.
- Recruit, enable, and develop key Distributors, Resellers, and System Integrators.
- Monitor competitors and maintain a strategic advantage.
- Use CRM tools to track partner activity, pipeline, and performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue and KPI targets.
What we are looking for in the Partner Account Manager:
- Fast thinking and adaptable

- Good self-management, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure negotiation and presentation skills Degree or equivalent is desirable
- 3 A-levels (or equivalent) ideally in business related subjects
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
