Top 500 Private Practice Law firm, based in the Dorset is seeking a Legal Support individual to support its Private Client Department within its office in Bournemouth on a full or part-time basis. (9-5 on Weds, Thurs and Fri – 21 hours per week).
The role will be to provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support to its Private Client Lawyers, to assist them with their large and varied caseload and to help them in proactively progressing their matter files (within the boundaries of their role). Duties will include audio typing via digital dictation methods along with document management, compliance admin and diary management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to be supported from day one and within a client-facing remit of law.
Competitive starting salary from £24,000 onwards, dependent on experience and full-time hours.
