Community Liaison Assistant
1. Description of Non-personal Services
- Perform duties of Community Readiness Consultant at RAF Croughton, UK.
- Support Airman and families with readiness, resilience, and transition assistance.
- Serve as liaison for 422 ABS/FSA Sustainment & Family Services Flight.
- Communicate and promote A&FRC programs and core services.
- Assist 422nd ABG Commander's programs for health, welfare, and mission readiness.
2. Contractor Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Clear understanding of Air Force A&FRC services.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and internet navigation.
3. Specific Duties
- Administer and coordinate A&FRC programs as per AFI 36-3009.
- Deliver professional and confidential customer service.
- Disseminate information on local services and resources.
- Coordinate classes, seminars, and workshops.
- Attend Community Action Team meetings and offer solutions.
- Maintain records of services provided under Community Readiness Program.
- Assist in maintaining Military Home Front’s Plan My Move database.
- Assist customers with Loan Locker program paperwork.
- Conduct pre-deployment and reintegration briefings.
- Attend speaking events and promote A&FRC programs on social media.
- Coordinate with Command Support Staff for Newcomers Program.
- Provide training for Air Force Sponsorship program.
- Coordinate budget requirements with Sustainment and Family Service Flight Chief.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
4. Responsibilities
- Maintain records in accordance with AFI 33-322 Records Management Program.
- Provide support to EFAC during times of crises or emergencies.
5. Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Not to exceed 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
- Adjust schedule for federal holidays and USAFE Family and Goal Days.
