REED Accountancy are delighted to be working exclusively with an SME company based in Warfield seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Senior Assistant Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. Temporary to permanent can also be considered.Working alongside the Financial Controller you will be supporting with the daily  accounting as well as month end duties. Due to the nature of the business, there will be some administrative tasks, however the key duties are accounting.

This amazing business has been running for over 70 years and is situated on grounds that were once part of the Windsor Great Park. Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the Nominal Ledger and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of the year end Audit file.
  • Maintaining the Purchase Ledger, including matching, batching and coding of all invoices.
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Payment runs
  • Staff Expenses
  • Support with all supplier queries
  • Undertaking Credit Control via phone and email when required
  • Inputting of all monthly electrical and water readings into system
