Job Purpose: As a Senior Sales Administrator/Sales Support Specialist/Sales Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing critical administrative support to the Head of Sales and Purchasing. Your primary focus will be on managing complex orders in the IT hardware sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down quotes and promptly send out pricing upon approval.
  • Efficiently process detailed orders, including confirmations and tracking information.
  • Coordinate stock orders and diligently track their progress and arrival.
  • Raise supplier GRNs and oversee return shipments or disposal as necessary.
  • Process purchase orders to suppliers and diligently track their status.
  • Verify and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy in all details.
  • Manage backorders effectively, ensuring timely ordering and allocation of stock.
  • Obtain pricing for pallet shipments and coordinate their booking and logistics.
  • Utilize NAV system for data input and maintenance.
  • Raise customer RMA tickets and oversee their resolution process.
  • Manage the Head of Sales' inbox and ensure timely responses.
  • Distribute and log new leads for follow-up.
  • Input and maintain data in HubSpot CRM system.
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure appropriate distribution within the team.
