Company Overview: our client is a dynamic and innovative IT hardware provider, specialising in cutting-edge hardware, cloud services, refurbished and recertified servers, storage, networking, and components.

As the Business Development Manager you will…

  • Sell IT hardware business to business to corporate or end users
  • Utilise/contact existing customer database to develop an understanding of customer’s business needs (current and future)
  • Identify and call potential new customers, develop them into active clients, and manage the process via all communication channels, including LinkedIn and emails.
  • Respond to telephone and email queries and prepare and agree to written quotations, including specifications.
  • Manage the customer database (HubSpot) to ensure CRM details are accurate and adhere to internal processes
  • Ensure personal weekly/monthly sales revenue and margin targets are met.
  • Ensure KPIs are met: telephone conversations daily and 10+ new opportunities, i.e. quotations per month
  • Extend existing customers’ purchasing of the company’s existing product range.
  • Book, attend, and host customer meetings.

What our client offers:

Competitive Compensation : Generous base salary plus fantastic commission structure: Threshold two times base salary then: -  Estimated 10%, allowing up to 17%- OTE Initially target £10K per month Gross profit- Year 1: £100K plus Gross Profit, then £30K per month Gross Profit and 2-3 years £360K pa
