The Credit Controller position is a key role within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring the efficient management of customer accounts within the FMCG industry. The role will involve maintaining the accuracy of accounts receivable ledgers and ensuring prompt payment from customers.

Description

• Management and maintenance of customer accounts
• Ensuring timely collection of payments
• Resolving customer billing issues
• Conducting credit checks on new customers
• Preparing monthly reports on account status
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure account accuracy
• Implementing and maintaining procedures for credit control
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and legislation

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• An educational background in Accounting & Finance
• Proficiency in financial software systems
