If you have experience as a Team Leader within Customer Service, Call Centre or Primary Care this is a role that offers a focused and rewarding environment, with a welcoming and supportive team.

As Team Leader for the Care Navigation team you will maintain the required level of performance from the team, across both productivity and quality. This is a Monday - Friday position, on top of basic salary is a quarterly performance based bonus. The role is based across 4 sites in Bracknell, so ideally you will be a driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team
  • Tracking call time and quality
  • Supporting the team with more complex calls
  • Manging performance of the team
  • Issuing and managing KPIS
  • Encouraging a great, collaborative environment

Key requirements

  • Previous experience as a team leader or managing people
  • Primary care experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a polite and personable manner
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to follow procedures and multitask
  • The ability to form successful cross working relationships with fellow team leads
