Job Title: Carpenter Multi required - domestic property maintenance response repairs

- Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
- Knowledge of Carpentry, basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs

- Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
- Full tool set
- Full driving license

Would be ideal to have a knowledge of Carpentry, with experience of the following an advantage
Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs

Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
Full tool set
Full driving license
Van and fuel card provided
