- Initial 8 month contract
The Role:
As a Customer Issue Resolution Representative, you'll be:
- Building credibility and trust with customers through timely and accurate issue resolution
- Handling end-to-end customer issue resolution management, including billing, collections, and complaint management
- Handling sensitive and confidential financial data
- Partnering with customers and internal teams to resolve delinquent and disputed accounts
- Using and maintaining knowledge of SAP & Salesforce systems
The Candidate:
The ideal Customer Issue Resolution Representative will have:
- Strong customer-facing skills and a professional, positive demeanour
- At least two years of experience in customer service, finance, supply chain or sales
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or economics
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organisational and short-term planning skills
