Are you a problem solver with a knack for customer service? We're looking for a Customer Issue Resolution Representative to join a leading global diversified health technology company.   • Hybrid position based in Bracknell.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Initial 8 month contract

The Role:

As a Customer Issue Resolution Representative, you'll be:

  • Building credibility and trust with customers through timely and accurate issue resolution
  • Handling end-to-end customer issue resolution management, including billing, collections, and complaint management
  • Handling sensitive and confidential financial data
  • Partnering with customers and internal teams to resolve delinquent and disputed accounts
  • Using and maintaining knowledge of SAP & Salesforce systems

The Candidate:

The ideal Customer Issue Resolution Representative will have:

  • Strong customer-facing skills and a professional, positive demeanour
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, finance, supply chain or sales
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business or economics
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organisational and short-term planning skills

The Package:

The Customer Issue Resolution Representative role comes with an hourly wage of 18.12. This role is based out of there office in Bracknell and has an onsite canteen, gym and Starbucks.
