Our client is currently recruiting for a temporary customer care assistant to work within health care. You will be liaising with patients and members of the public.
The position is 100% office based and working full time hours. You will need to be available for approximately 4 weeks, this could be extended.
Key duties include:
- Signposting patients
- Receiving inbound calls
- Liaising internally with the medical team
- Email correspondence
