Description
- Manage and oversee the operations within the supply chain and operations department.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations, liaise with key stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Monitor budget and utilise resources in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure forecasts are accurate to produce a production plan.
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- A degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using SAP is essential.
- A proven track record of managing operations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of 45,000 - 55,000.
- Remote based role
- 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Position.
