Blush & Bloom Talent is delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with a leading ingredients manufacturer. Due to recent expansion and growth within the business, they are in search of a Regulatory & Quality Executive to join their dynamic team.

We are seeking a recent graduate in a Scientific field such as Chemistry or Cosmetic Science, and someone who is passionate about Regulatory and Quality. This role offers the ability for you to gain well-rounded experience, providing support for your professional development with the opportunity to learn new skills while applying your existing expertise.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate, who is eager to enhance their skill set! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and not hesitant to dive in and tackle challenges head on!

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve quality issues, including manufacturing deviations, customer complaints, damages, and process failures.

Maintain accurate records of raw material and supplier checks.

Manage label design and approval process.

Support internal and third-party audit procedures.

Handle COSMOS, NATRUE, Vegan Society, and Trademark applications.

Maintain RSPO requirements and conduct quarterly checks.

Assist with CSR activities and certification renewals.

Prepare for and assist with external audits.

Collaborate with the lab team to ensure regulatory compliance of raw materials.

Review and draft technical documentation, including SDSs and Product Information Packages.

Handle INCI applications.

Identify opportunities for business improvement.

Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

Key Requirements:

Ideally a degree in a Scientific field e.g. Chemistry or Cosmetic Science

Attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in IT, data handling, literacy, and numeracy.

Desire to develop skills and attain qualifications in regulatory/quality fields.

Enjoy collaborating in a close-knit team.

Must possess a full UK Driving Licence.
