Responsibilities:

Producing design and analyses calculations of building structures and their various elements
Surveys and report writing
Producing structural drawings and arrangements
Site visits
Liaising and building relationships with clients, contractors and architects.
Working through key objectives with either the ICE or IStructE with the view to achieving chartered status

You can expect to be working with all traditional materials as well as non-traditional sustainable building techniques. Projects are varied and are increasing in value as the company’s portfolio grows. The business started it’s life working on small domestic extension, it’s work load has now grown to average project values of £10m which is an impressive feat. The main workload is made up of one off bespoke grand designs for high net worth clients and education projects, both new build and refurbishment. A annual salary of £30,000-£35,000
25 days holiday
