A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this training provider with offices located on the outskirts of Bradford, joining a small and busy team, the successful candidate will have 6-12 months administration experience and be looking for that next step in their career; a role that requires coordination and customer care support, this an all-encompassing role which will initially be office based and then hybrid after a successful probationary period. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Managing all inbound calls, dealing with enquiries
- Redirecting calls to colleagues and taking messages
- Managing the team inbox, responding to all queries in a timely manner
- Managing the coordination of course, dealing with all enquiries
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Market research
- General administrative support
