Metalis are working with a leading supplier in the Bradford area who are looking to add a CNC Miller to their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines.

The Role:

• Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machines.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Working to tight tolerances
• Select correct tooling and materials.
• Working to SOP's
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.
• Work to set timescales and deadlines.

The Person:

• Experience of Programming HAAS/Fanuc
• Precision engineering experience is essential.
• Experience machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals including steel, aluminum, and brass.
• Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing qualification or Apprenticeship
• Excellent health and safety knowledge
